What do people buy when they buy something from you?
– they buy a solution in the form of either an app or a new process, what they get is a coach, a trainer to teach them about they why, no just the how.
Leave out the easy, repetitive, generic stuff… What you are doing that’s difficult?
– not many get theory of constraints applied in manufacturing, even less can understand and apply this to a service business or office. This stuff is difficult, it goes against the norm, it’s not easy to do, it’s definitely the road least traveled!
