About
This blog is here to share with you the things you need to know to have a fit life. Fitness not solely in a physical sense, but in a spiritual, financial, intellectual, family, social, career, and value fitness.
I believe we are all here on earth to learn and grow. This will take a lifetime to achieve and without the right equipment it can be impossible. There have been many times I have come across new information that I wish I had years ago, not only dealing with my physical fitness (an ongoing battle) but in the other areas I mentioned above.
I want to share with you the truths I have learned and the truths I will be learning. I will create a new post each week and read one book a month where i will give you my review and personal insight. Make sure you dont miss any posts–be sure to subscribe.
Bio:
Chaz Clark graduated from Brigham Young University Idaho (BYU-I) in Mechanical Engineering. His enthusiasm for learning and developing his talents lead him to fill the gaps in his schedule with cooking, dancing, guitar, and voice lessons. He also found time to be on flag and tackle football teams. During his off tracks he secured two different internships with Toyota TTC in Detroit.
Chaz Clark is now a Mechanical Engineer for Melaleuca. He is responsible for the manufacturing plant engineering and maintenance departments at Melaleuca’s China facility. As a long term employee of 6 years, he has learned the ins and outs of many different departments (Customer Assistance, Quality Development, Business Development, and Manufacturing).
Chaz is also married to Josette, and they are currently living in Shanghai, China. He is very family oriented and strong in his christian faith as a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Aside from these two key points, he is focused on continual learning and improvement in all areas of life, and sharing the truths he learns with others.
